Terms of Service

By commissioning, you agree to the following terms.

✓ I can draw...

  • Your original characters

  • Fanart

  • Humans, anthros, furries, animals and other creatures

  • Suggestive and NSFW content to a certain degree*

  • Character reference sheets, character turnarounds

✘ I don't draw...

  • Photorealism

  • Suggestive/NSFW with underage characters

  • Offensive or otherwise harmful material

*Feel free to ask what I'm okay with drawing! Be aware that the artist has the right to decline the commission request due to the content, themes or characters.

Payment

  • PayPal invoice

  • Bank transfer (only Finland and EU)

  • Payment upfront or after client approves the given sketch

Artwork & working stages

  • I'll provide 1-3 sketches depending on ideation for the first check-up

  • Fixing/add-ons for first sketch check-up are free

  • Depending on the technique, the normal sketches and illustrations can take up to 1-3 weeks. The vtuber models can take up to several months. The possible delays will be notified.

  • Turnarounds for urgent requests may raise the price. If the given timeframe is impossible to execute, the commission request may be declined.

  • Add-on/fix requests are not possible after finishing the work, unless minor/major mistakes on my part (wrong color/shade, missing important design detail on character that's been stated from the given references etc)

  • The finished artwork along the possible variant files will be shared with the client via DropBox link

  • I have the right to use the commissioned artwork in my social media posts and websites, unless otherwise agreed by me and the client

You ARE allowed to...

  • Use the finished artwork as your avatar, banner, icon etc. with credit

  • Make edits for personal use (wallpapers, avatars, icons, GIFs, videos etc)

  • Print it for yourself or a friend as a gift

  • Post on your own social media with clear credits

You are NOT allowed to...

  • Sell, mass produce or otherwise sell the product to a third party without my consent and agreement

  • Post on your own social media platform without crediting

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Use the artwork for any AI generator or AI learning purposes

FAQ

Q: Can I get only a lineart as a commission?

A: Sure! The prices for only lineart ranges somewhere between sketch and illustration prices, depending on the size and complexity.

Q: Do you do book covers, comics or other visual art for commercial use?

A: Depends! Any artwork such as illustrations or short comics done for commercial use purposes are done with a separate contract. The rates depend on the media, technique, complexity and timeframe.
